RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Elva Maison, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free of stains, odors, makeup marks, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned in worn or damaged condition
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Elva Maison is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@elvamaison.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, we recommend returning the original item if eligible and placing a new order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
