ORDER PROCESSING


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.


Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Express Shipping: $5

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days


UNITED KINGDOM


Standard Shipping: $7

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days


DELIVERY TIMES


Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and begin once your order has been shipped. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


TRACKING


Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been shipped, when available.


INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION


Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Elva Maison is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES


Once an order has been shipped, Elva Maison is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, you may also contact us and we will do our best to help.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES


International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


SEPARATE SHIPMENTS


In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse processing, or shipping logistics.
